Viciously anti-Israel Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MN) attempted to use the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center to meet with other antisemites to malign Israel, just one day after the modern Jewish state’s 75th birthday last month. But House Speaker Kevin McCarthy squashed that poisonous idea before it could get off the ground, kicking Tlaib and her hate-fest out of the Capitol.

After Speaker McCarthy evicted her from the Center, Tlaib took her bash-and-blame-Israel show to a U.S. Senate hearing room. That august venue came courtesy of Sen. Bernie Sanders, the angry Vermont socialist who, while Jewish, scolds and reviles the Jewish state.

“I think it’s outrageous that Speaker McCarthy threw them out of a room they had reserved,” Sanders huffed.

Ever defiant, Tlaib tweeted, “Let the headlines read, ‘McCarthy tries to erase Palestine but fails.’”

But you cannot erase what does not exist. There is no “Palestine.” No state of Palestine has ever existed.

Nor, in fact, is there a historical people called the “Palestinians.” Palestinians like Tlaib are Arabs renamed Palestinians in the 1960s as a ploy to gain international support for their unfounded claim to a state on land God — and global powers after World War I — gave to the Jewish people.

In short, the entire “Palestinian” enterprise is a lie.

By the way, this is not the first time Tlaib tangled with McCarthy. When the Speaker noted in early May the “special relationship” between Israel and the U.S., Tlaib fired back a salvo on Twitter, declaring:

Speaker McCarthy wants to rewrite history, but the apartheid state of Israel was born out of violence and the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians. 75 years later, the Nakba continues to this day.

For Tlaib and other Palestinians, the Jewish state’s founding and continuing existence is a “nakba,” a “catastrophe.” In their fictionalized retelling, the newborn Jewish state drove Arab Muslims from their homes and lands, creating some 750,000 refugees.

It is an utter lie — one that grossly distorts history. And a wholesale rewrite of history that Tlaib now wants Congress to recognize and approve in her recently introduced House resolution, H.Res. 388, “Recognizing the ongoing Nakba and Palestine refugees' rights.” It is total rubbish and a backdoor attempt to give a veneer of legitimacy to historical revisionism and lies.

We must now raise our voices as one and DEMAND that the U.S. Congress REJECTS Tlaib’s anti-Jewish lies along with her disastrous and deceitful H.Res. 388.
