Locate our email in your spam folder.
Open the email.
Click Report not spam on top of the email.
Our email might also land in your social tab or promotion tab.
To Whitelist:
1. Click the gear icon in the top-right, and select See All Settings.
2. Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
3. Click Create a New Filter.
4. In the pop-up window From field, enter @CIDIsrael.org
5. Click Create Filter.
6. On the next screen, check "Never send it to Spam."
7. Click Create Filter again.

Yahoo

Locate our email in your spam folder.
Open the email.
Click Not Spam on the top toolbar.

Outlook

Locate our email in either your Junk Email or the Other folder
Open the email
Right click on our email address on the email header to expand the drop-down menu
Select Add to Favorites

AOL

Locate our email in Spam
Open the email
Click Not Spam on top of the email
