Friday, Iranian mouthpiece Al Jazeera gleefully announced that a new Iran Deal was imminent. Tehran has every reason to be happy, they said, because Joe Biden is dumping BILLIONS of dollars into the Ayatollah Khamenei’s lap and giving him fresh income of over 4.8 billion dollars per day to continue funding terror.

According to Al Jazeera, on the day the U.S. signs this agreement, sanctions on 17 Iranian banks and 150 other economic institutions will be lifted.

Within 120 days of signing the agreement, 7 billion more dollars will be released to the Iranians. But even that cash windfall is nothing compared to Biden’s biggest acquiescence—Iran will be permitted to export 50 million barrels of oil per day. At today’s prices, these exports will put nearly 5 billion dollars per day into the ayatollah’s bank account and his nuclear warhead program.

And one additional insult: If the U.S. ever again pulls out of the deal, as we did in 2018 when it became clear Iran would never abide by the agreement terms, the U.S. will be heavily fined and yet more American taxpayer money will flow into Iran’s killing coffers.

Al Jazeera, as well as numerous other outlets around the world, are claiming that the U.S. has already approved this new Iran Deal. There is just one problem with that—the United States Senate has NOT approved Biden’s new deal. In fact, they have not even seen it.

Constitutionally and by federal law, no administration may enter a treaty without the Senate’s express approval.

We have heard rumors for months that Biden might try to bypass Congress and enact his own deal by claiming this is simply a return to the 2015 JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) agreement. But Congress has yet to receive a copy of the so called “deal” … and Iran never tried to keep the original 2015 agreement in the first place.

The 2015 agreement held Iran to just 3.67% uranium enrichment. Yet, Iran long ago blew past that limitation and now enriches radioactive material at 60%, just a small technical step away from full nuclear warhead capabilities.

And Iran’s paid terror proxies continue to position rockets around Israel’s borders, and their jihadis-for-hire continue to slay innocent Israelis in return for massive Iran-funded pensions.

Joe Biden HAS NOT negotiated an anti-nuclear proliferation deal with Iran. Instead, stuck in a mire of self-made domestic and foreign policy catastrophes that have decimated our country’s energy independence, Joe is playing loose with Israel’s safety, security and its very existence.
