The Biden administration has made a lot of claims about Joe’s upcoming Russia-negotiated Iran Deal. But the ugly truth is that while the first Iran nuclear deal paved the way for Iran to acquire nuclear weapons by 2030, Biden’s nuclear deal 2.0 shortens that window, with some restrictions expiring by 2025—less than three years away!

STOP THE IRAN DEAL!

But that is not all. Here are three more reasons this is a horrifically bad deal:

• Ballistic Missiles—The deal does NOTHING to stop Tehran’s development of ballistic missiles, the delivery system for nuclear weapons.

• No Teeth—Unlike the 2015 nuclear deal, this weak new deal has no “snapback mechanism” to punish Iran if it cheats on the terms of the agreement.

• Weak Inspections—This farce-of-a-deal does not mandate “anytime, anywhere” inspections. Instead, the International Atomic Energy Agency must call ahead for permission to look at undeclared facilities, as the Heritage Foundation has pointed out.

You can be sure that if this deal is approved, Iran WILL cheat. The rogue regime is one of the world’s “most egregious violators of strategic trade controls and sanctions,” reports the Institute for Science and International Security.

What makes all this even more galling is that Iran’s negotiators in Vienna have been the ones making demands on America!

It is bad enough that this radical Islamic regime is enriching uranium to near-weapons-grade status, even as it demands that the U.S. lift punitive economic sanctions ...

But the criminals ruling Iran also insist, as I write, that the U.S. guarantee that no future administration will rip up the deal—much as President Donald Trump did in 2018 when he took the U.S. out of the first deal.

Perhaps worst of all, Iran is demanding that the U.S. revoke President Trump’s 2019 decision to blacklist Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) by naming it a foreign terrorist organization.

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett denounced Iran’s audacious demand as “chutzpah.” Iran is asking, he scoffed, “to let the biggest terror organization on earth off the hook.”

In fact, the IRGC foments mayhem across the Middle East. It has the blood on its hands of at least 603 American soldiers killed in Iraq. It paints the words “Death to Israel” on Iran’s ballistic missiles. It is a banker, mastermind and mentor to terror groups Hezbollah, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad—all of which exist to destroy Israel.

Incredibly, Biden’s negotiators, led by Iran apologist Robert Malley, have not slammed the door on this brazen request.

That is how badly Biden wants a deal ... and why it is so dangerous for Israel.

Join me in calling on senators to firmly reject this bad deal or face consequences at the ballot box this fall. Ask them to demand that the Biden administration submit any agreement reached to the Senate for its review and an up-or-down vote.
