In Senate confirmation hearings held last week, Joe Biden’s proposed Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, testified that the Biden administration has every intention of returning to the so-called “Iran Deal.”

As you may recall, the Obama/Biden administration led America into the Iran Nuclear Deal when Obama and Biden delivered billions of dollars in cold, hard-earned American taxpayer cash in return for the promise that Iran would stop developing the plutonium required to build nuclear bombs.

Iran spent the cash (most analysts say a significant portion of the windfall went to support Middle East terrorism, including the mass-production of mines and IEDs that took many American lives), kicked out nuclear inspectors and went right back to producing fissionable materials, according to many experts and foreign intelligence services.

In his Senate confirmation hearings, Blinken proclaimed the Iran Deal to have been a success, insisting that Iran was further away from producing a nuclear bomb because of the Iran Deal.

But Blinken and Biden have apparently ignored the volumes of news articles and special reports which document years of Iran’s refusal to comply with the Obama/Biden Iran Deal.

Former President Donald Trump pulled out of the disastrous Iran Deal, and instead imposed serious sanctions on the Islamic Republic. The aggressive move was effective, and Iran steadily lost ground in their attempts to produce enough material for a nuclear bomb.

The “successes” that Blinken claimed, did not take place until after President Trump ended the Iran Deal. We expect to see many more Biden appointees attempting to claim Donald Trump’s victories as their own.

Regardless of the political disagreements, the facts are clear: Iran will never abide by a nuclear arms deal. The radical mullahs running Iran are not rational, nor are they interested in peace. They want nothing short of the total and absolute annihilation of both Israel and America.

As Joe Biden should have learned the last time he gave $4 billion in cash to the Iranians, they are more than happy to take our money and use it against us. But Biden’s Secretary of State nominee says Biden will abandon the policies that kept Iran in check during the Trump administration and return to a renewed version of the old, failed and dangerous Obama/Biden Iran Deal.
