Israel's Foreign Minister Yair Lapid called the Ben & Jerry's boycott a "shameful surrender to anti-Semitism, to BDS, to all that is evil in the anti-Israel and anti-Jewish discourse." The Palestinian-led BDS movement promotes boycotts, divestment and sanctions against Israel.

Israel's new prime minister, Naftali Bennett, promised to "fight it with all our might." He called the chief executive of Ben & Jerry's parent company, Unilever, to protest this "clearly anti-Israel step" and warned it would have "serious consequences, legal and otherwise."

You can I must speak out, too! We have crafted an open letter to these 35 states on Israel's behalf. Will you join me in demanding that these states act NOW to raise their voices and to apply their anti-BDS laws against Ben & Jerry's and its parent company, Unilever?
