UN's Hate for Israel Must End

DECADES OF ANTISEMITISM FROM THE UN

From anti-Israel resolutions to UNRWA teachers celebrating the October 7 massacre, this tax-supported hate against Israel must end.

In 1975, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution declaring that “Zionism is a form of racism.”

The resolution provoked international outrage. The U.N. finally revoked it in 1991.

Yet the controversy surrounding the U.N.’s treatment of Israel has continued for decades.

Former U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley called the U.N.’s double standard toward Israel “breathtaking.”

In 2017, the General Assembly adopted 21 resolutions criticizing Israel, compared with just six addressing other countries.

Even former U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon acknowledged the disproportionate number of resolutions, reports, and committees directed against Israel.

And fast-forward to today: Things have only gotten worse. UNRWA teachers, who are employed by the American taxpayer-funded U.N., openly glorified and celebrated the October 7 massacre.

It's long past time to rein in the runaway United Nation. U.S. taxpayers should not be footing the bill for this dictators' club obsessed with Israel. AMERICAN TAXPAYERS CONTRIBUTE MORE THAN ANY NATION. Some of that money pays U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) salaries!

Send your faxes demanding Congress DEFUND the U.N. in the Appropriations bill. No more taxpayer dollars for terror!

UN TEACHERS CELEBRATE MASS MURDER

On October 7, 2023, Hamas terrorists brutally attacked Israeli communities, murdering civilians and taking hostages.

As reports of the atrocities spread, messages celebrating the violence began appearing in a Telegram group associated with educators working for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).

A January 2024 investigation by Geneva-based UN Watch exposed the group, which had approximately 3,000 members.

According to UN Watch, its investigation documented UNRWA teachers who:

  • Praised Hamas terrorists as the attacks unfolded.

  • Shared images of murdered and abducted Israelis.

  • Encouraged the execution of Israeli hostages.

  • Celebrated the violence and glorified the terrorists’ education.

But perhaps most disturbing of all is that the UNRWA teachers, who openly celebrated terrorism and encouraged violence, had been indoctrinating children with antisemitic content in the educational materials.

American taxpayers have been helping finance the United Nations system AND WE PAY MORE THAN ANY NATION. Some of that money pays U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) salaries!

Join me now in demanding Congress DEFUND the U.N. in the Appropriations bill until this pipeline to terrorism is shut down.

THE CONTROVERSY REACHES JERUSALEM

If one thing’s clear, it’s that the U.N. hates Israel and its people. The U.N.  has gone so far as to dispute the Jewish people’s historical and religious connection to Jerusalem.

In 2016, UNESCO adopted a controversial resolution referring to the Temple Mount primarily by its Muslim designation.

Critics accused the organization of minimizing the site’s significance to Judaism.

In December 2017, the U.N. General Assembly voted 128-9 against President Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

The United States has historically contributed more money to the United Nations than any other country.

We cannot stand on the sidelines any longer and let the U.N. get away with blatant antisemitism and the funding of terrorists who indoctrinate children with hate for the Jewish people.

Right now, we have the chance to stand alongside Israel, demanding accountability from the U.N.

Demand Congress take action and defund the U.N. NOW through the Appropriations bill.

As you do, please be as generous as possible to accelerate this critical time-sensitive campaign and everything else your much-needed support makes possible in the fight to bless and defend Israel.

Your gift today will help amplify a bold pro-Israel voice across America, on college campuses, and in the halls of Congress.

STAND AGAINST ANTISEMITISM

Christians in Defense of Israel works to educate Christians about Israel, confront antisemitism, and deepen understanding of the Jewish people’s historic and biblical connection to the Holy Land.

Through Covenant Journey, supporters help young Christian leaders visit Israel, experience its history firsthand, and return home equipped to share what they have learned.

Your generosity helps sustain this educational work and strengthens efforts to confront antisemitism with knowledge, understanding, and truth.
