Newly surfaced medical reports compiled by Iranian doctors and disseminated through Iran International paint a devastating picture of the Iranian government’s escalating violence against mass protest movements. According to these reports — based on data gathered from emergency departments and hospitals across Iran — at least 16,500 protesters have been killed, while an estimated 330,000 to 360,000 others have been injured during the government’s latest nationwide crackdown.

The Iranian government has shut down the internet, and land line and cell phone communication to prevent the outside world from learning the truth about the butchery happening across Iran.

But doctors inside the country found a way to bypass the ayatollah’s information blackout. Doctors inside Iran used Musk’s Starlink satellite communication system to share shocking statistics with the outside world.

Working under extreme duress and near-total communication blackouts, these doctors documented widespread gunshot and shrapnel wounds, including catastrophic eye injuries.

Medical staff reported the use of military-grade shrapnel bombs, directed at the heads, necks, and chests of protesters.

One Tehran eye hospital alone recorded 7,000 eye injuries, while hundreds lost their sight permanently. Hospitals were overwhelmed. Meanwhile, the ayatollah’s men are blocking blood transfusions, causing preventable deaths among the wounded.

These doctors’ reports form one of the most extensive insider accounts of mass state killings in Iran’s 47-year history of Islamic Republic rule. The death toll cited by medical professionals far exceeds the thousands acknowledged publicly by Iran’s supreme leader, reflecting the severity of the violence unleashed after authorities imposed internet shutdowns and deployed live ammunition against unarmed civilians.

Congressional Democrats, like Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), continue to falsely claim that Israel is committing genocide. Disgraced alt-right conspiracy theorist Candace Owens irrationally claims that Israel is somehow responsible for the bloodshed in Iran. (I know, it doesn’t make sense to me either, but that appears to be Candace’s M.O. these days). Regardless, none of these women has said one single word condemning Iran’s proven genocide.

Congress and the Trump administration MUST NOT abandon the Iranian people again. Please fax Congress and the administration NOW to let your voice be heard on behalf of the Iranian people, who are risking everything, even their own and their families’ lives, for freedom.
