Ending the Gaslighting Campaign
Congressional Measure to Reclaim Israel’s Historic Ownership
Bill seeks to erase Arab aggressors’ attempt to gaslight the world.
For thousands of years, the strip of land on the western bank of the Jordan River has been known as “Judea” and “Samaria.”
But 58 years ago, Israel’s aggressors capitalized on antisemitic sentiment to gaslight the world. After the 1967 war, Arabs invented a new name for the area, calling it “the West Bank” in a sinister attempt to erase thousands of years of Jewish history.
For 58 years, America has willingly participated in the Arabs’ lie. It’s time America STOPS using the Arab agressors’ false moniker and officially call this area by the name it has always been known — Judea and Samaria.
HR 902 and S 384 seek to restore Israel’s identity and their claim over their own land.
Demand Congress VOTE YES on the “Recognizing
Judea and Samaria Act” of 2025.
Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) and Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) have introduced the “Recognizing Judea and Samaria Act,” known as HR 902 and S 384, respectively.
This legislation seeks to make it a matter of policy for all U.S. government agencies and documents to refer to the Israeli land located on the western bank of the Jordan River by its true and historical name — Judea and Samaria.
Specifically, these identical bills direct that the United States government:
(1) should refer to the land annexed by Israel from Jordan during the 1967 Six-Day War by its historical names of “Judea and Samaria,” with the land south of Jerusalem being considered “Judea” and the land north of Jerusalem being considered “Samaria”; and
(2) should no longer use the term “West Bank” in official government materials.
Correcting a history damaged by antisemites...
Furthermore, the measure PROHIBITS the government from using the false, Arab aggressor-invented name “West Bank” from appearing in or on any U.S. government documents.
This would even include correcting the name of this geographic area on previous legislation, including: the Foreign Assistance Act, the Taylor Force Act, the Multinational Force and Observers Participation Resolution, the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act, the United States-Israel Free Trade Area Implementation Act, Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act, the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, the Nita M. Lowey Middle East Partnership for Peace Act, as well as any other existing law that references the false “West Bank” label. The Arabs and much of the world are pushing hard for a so-called “Palestinian State.” The Arab-invented term “West Bank” was solely designed to delegitimize Israel’s historic claim to this land.
It’s time America STOP marching in lockstep with the Arabs and instead support our strongest ally in the Middle East. The Recognizing Judea and Samaria Act must be passed NOW while pro-Israel Republicans still control Congress.
Demand Congress VOTE YES on the “Recognizing
Judea and Samaria Act” of 2025.
