Israel has an ironclad case for its land from both Scripture and international law. And after October 7, Israeli sovereignty is a self-evident military necessity.
For most Israelis — left, right, and center — there is little patience with ANY talk of a so-called “two-state solution.” Oct. 7 has cured most Israelis of that illusion.
“Anyone talking about a Palestinian state or withdrawals is simply disconnected from the security reality,” former Israel Defense Forces chief of staff and Israeli politician Benny Gantz stated recently.
And former U.S. Army Delta Force Commander Jerry Boykin agrees. Standing in Judea and Samaria on a recent visit to Israel, Gen. Boykin (Ret.) said:
“What we’re doing here is standing on a time bomb that’s going to go off at some point. It already did on the 7th of October. We need to recognize that if we don’t create a situation where we have sovereignty here, we’re going to see another Oct. 7.“
