Hamas is shattered. The ruthless Muslim terror army is a spent force, reduced to acting not as a military force, but as roving, ragtag bands of terrorists.

Hezbollah is decapitated and largely degraded. A wholly owned subsidiary of Iran, Hezbollah’s once-vaunted arsenal of more than 150,000 missiles, is now severely depleted.

The fall of Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad is a devastating defeat for Iran. With Assad gone, Tehran has lost a key node in its “ring of fire” surrounding Israel — as well as its weapons pipeline to Hezbollah in Lebanon. A former al Qaeda operative now rules Syria and professes — at least for now — no interest in attacking Israel.

Iran’s air defenses are almost destroyed. Thanks to a precisely targeted Israeli air raid in late October, the radical Islamic state is exposed and vulnerable to a future Israeli Air Force attack.
