• Before the election, a whopping two-thirds of Israelis said they preferred Trump to Kamala Harris for president.

• On the Sunday before America voted, a small group of Israelis gathered in ancient Shiloh — the site where Jews worshiped God for nearly four centuries at the Tabernacle — to pray for Donald Trump’s victory. One individual at the event explained, “America is at a crossroads. We pray that on November 5, America chooses the blessing and not the curse.”

• As U.S. voters went to the polls, a shopper strolled through an open-air Jerusalem market, wearing his yarmulke and a bright yellow T-shirt announcing, “Jerusalem loves you, Trump.”

• And when the results came in, huge billboards popped up in Tel Aviv celebrating Trump’s decisive victory, declaring, “Congratulations! Trump, Make Israel Great!”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu immediately tweeted out his congratulations to Trump and followed up with a 20-minute phone call to the President-elect. In his tweet, Netanyahu declared:

Your historic return to the White House offers a new beginning for America and a powerful recommitment to the great alliance between Israel and America. This is a huge victory!

After four long years of Joe Biden — Israel worst “frenemy” in U.S. history — Netanyahu and many other Israelis are enormously relieved to have, at long last, a true friend entering the White House.

But the question is, now what?

Urge the new Congress to adopt the Blueprint for Israel!
