The Congressional Review Act, 5 U.S.C. §§801- 808, allows Congress to overturn certain federal agency actions and “disapprove” any funds intended to execute those actions.

As you may recall, Joe Biden has been slow-walking the arms and munitions Congress approved for Israel months ago. Now S.J. Res 113 seeks to eliminate that approval, and instead affect a true arms embargo against the world’s only Jewish state.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been under constant attack by Iranian terror proxies on seven different fronts. Now, just as Israel is winning the terror war against them, congressional Democrats are seeking to snatch defeat from the jaws of what would have been total victory for the Jewish state.

Without these arms, Israel may not be able to defend itself against the last-minute attempts of Iran to take their revenge.

Israel can't afford to wait until Donald Trump returns to office in late January of next year.
