Why? As Zechariah declared, “He who touches you [Israel] touches the apple of his [God’s] eye” (Zechariah 2:8).
The nations of the world are cursing Israel, via the United Nations, and our nation must not be a party to it.
And make no mistake. The land in question is territory God gave to Abraham and his descendants. Abraham was in the so-called West Bank when God twice promised him and his descendants the land of Israel!
Abraham was in Shechem — now Nablus, a Palestinian city in the northern so-called West Bank — when God appeared to him and said, “To your offspring I will give this land” (Genesis 12:7).
Later, when Abraham settled at Hebron, an ancient city in the southern West Bank, God gave Abraham another land promise: “I will give to you and to your offspring after you ... all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession” (Genesis 17:8).
Yet the world denounces Israel for “occupying” this land!
The nations of the world want to steal God’s land from God’s people. And the U.S. must not be a party to this at the U.N.
