Joe Biden secured his reputation as America’s most anti-Israel president ever with a deceitful May 31 speech. In it, he touted a Gaza peace proposal that he claimed, falsely, came from Israel. The alleged “Israeli” proposal that Biden championed in his White House address calls, in effect, for Israel to stop fighting Hamas, evacuate Gaza, and go home with Hamas still in power.

It is a formula, in short, for Israel’s defeat and Hamas’ victory. And Biden is backing it.

It forces Israel to send up to 50 Palestinian prisoners — including murderers — back to Gaza in exchange for every Israeli hostage released. And it does NOTHING to ensure Hamas is destroyed. The first phase of what is, in reality, the BIDEN plan, returns terrorists to Gaza, including the vile criminals who invaded Israel on Oct. 7, committing unspeakable atrocities against Israeli men, women, and children.

Biden’s speech came on the Jewish sabbath — a day observed by the Israeli government. But Prime Minister Netanyahu broke the Sabbath to rush out an unequivocal and immediate denial of the plan attributed to Israel. He called Biden’s representations “not accurate,” and dismissed the proposal as a “non-starter.” Netanyahu made it absolutely clear that ...

Israel’s conditions for ending the war have not changed: The destruction of Hamas military and governing capabilities, the freeing of all hostages and ensuring that Gaza no longer poses a threat to Israel.

Needless to say, Biden’s proposal made Hamas very happy. The sadistic terror force — its maniacal mission is to utterly destroy Israel and annihilate the Jewish people — announced its “readiness to deal positively and in a constructive manner” with Biden’s so-called Israeli proposal. And no wonder, Biden stands ready to give Hamas almost everything it wants.
