Bigoted and Biased This Has No Authority

Blatant Jew-hatred is the malign energy driving the International Court of Justice’s (ICJ) demand that Israel stop fighting in Rafah where four of the five remaining Hamas battalions are holed up.

The ICJ edict calls on Israel to abandon its existential war to ensure Oct. 7 NEVER happens again ... and to give up on getting the remaining hostages back.

Tell Congress to FIGHT BACK against the antisemitic, anti-Israel International Court of Justice!

Just two weeks after the ICJ announcement, Israel Defense Forces rescued four hostages from Hamas, proving that hostages are still ALIVE. If the ICJ had their way, Noa Argamani, Almog Meir Jan, Shlomi Ziv, and Andrey Kozlov, plus the rest of the remaining 120 hostages would die in Hamas bunkers.

Despite their black robes and wood-paneled courtroom, the 15-member ICJ is poisonously anti-Israel. The Court’s presiding judge is Nawaf Salam, from Lebanon — which does not recognize Israel’s existence. In 2015, Salam sent this wish to the Jewish state: “Unhappy birthday to you, 48 years of occupation.”

With its judges appointed by the U.N. General Assembly — a notoriously anti-Israel body cluttered with Third World dictatorships — the ICJ is stacked with enemies of Israel.

THE ULTIMATE THREAT ...

But here is what makes things much, much worse ...

The International Court of Justice could enforce its order against Israel by going to the U.N. Security Council, whose resolutions are enforceable. If the Security Council takes up a resolution that levies biting financial sanctions against the Jewish state for violating the ICJ edict, Joe Biden will face a dilemma.

He will either veto a vile U.N. resolution sanctioning Israel for its justifiable war to dismantle Hamas. Or Joe will stand by and let the resolution pass, throwing Israel under the bus to bolster his shot at winning the pro-Hamas vote in Michigan and Minnesota.

But however things play out on the diplomatic front, make no mistake: These malign U.N. legal actions blacken Israel’s reputation. They move public opinion against Israel, legitimize animus for Israel, and put the Jewish state’s global commercial, academic, and cultural ties in great peril.

They threaten to make Israel an international outcast.

And that’s why you and I must speak out for Israel now. Sign the powerful MAKE THEM PAY! petition today.

Your financial gift matters as well. The Jewish state is fighting for its very survival. But Israel’s enemies are marshaling forces to transform Israel into a pariah state ... much like apartheid-era South Africa.

Will you make a generous gift now to expand and accelerate everything CIDI is doing to fight for Israel at this moment of maximum crisis for the Jewish people?

Thank you for your friendship with Israel and for your support as a friend and partner of Christians in Defense of Israel!
