The ICC has No Jurisdiction
The International Criminal Court was established by the United Nations (U.N.) in 2002 under the “Rome Statute,” an international agreement between some U.N. members, which allows an international criminal court to decide criminal cases between those countries. Neither Israel nor the United States are members of the Rome Statute, nor do they recognize the ICC’s authority. But that hasn’t stopped the ICC from attempting to impose their will on Israel. |

Neither Israel nor the United States are members of the Rome Statute, nor do they recognize the ICC’s authority. But that hasn’t stopped the ICC from attempting to impose their will on Israel.
As I wrote yesterday, the ICC has overstepped its bounds by considering arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whose Jewish nation is not even a party to the Rome Statute or the ICC.
But it gets worse. Israel started investigating the ICC for its attempts to meddle in Israeli affairs, and now the ICC wants to charge Israel with violating Article 70 of the ICC charter regarding the “administration of justice.”
ICC prosecutor Karim Khan, whose first wife was the daughter of a ruler in the Islamic caliphate, is charging that Israel tried to “impede, intimidate or improperly influence the officials of this court.” Khan gave no specifics but insisted that Israel’s actions, which he claims are interfering with the ICC’s administration of justice, are a punishable offense under ICC Article 70.
There’s just one problem with Khan’s charge — the ICC has no legal right to administer “justice” on Israel, or any other nation not a party to the U.N. Rome Statute and ICC agreement.
But insanely, this U.N.-backed kangaroo court is seeking to impose its biased justice on Israel, whether Israel is a member or not.
Is this how the globalist takeover works? International bodies headed by Muslims and communists simply declare and enact what they deem to be "international law" upon every nation and everyone on the planet, whether they have subscribed to the treaties or not?
We need to put a stop to this madness NOW by cutting off the head of the snake.
America is not a member of the ICC. But we host its parent, the United Nations, right here on U.S. soil — New York City. And the U.S. serves as the United Nations’ largest funder, supplying more than one-third of the globalist agency’s funding. In 2022 alone, U.S. taxpayers gave the U.N. more than 18 billion dollars.
It is long past time for Congress to stop using our tax dollars to prop up a globalist organization seemingly intent upon wiping out Israel and destroying Judeo-Christian values. Congress is already negotiating the next budget. Please join me now in demanding Congress DEFUND the U.N.!
