Unbelievable Audacity
Neither Israel nor the U.S. are members of the International Criminal Court (ICC). But that isn’t stopping the United Nations court from bringing criminal charges against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The ICC is even going so far as to demand that member nations ARREST the Jewish prime minister, whose country isn’t even a party to the ICC treaty!
Worse yet, the ICC prosecutor in charge of the case is a Muslim directly connected to the so-called Islamic caliphate!
Two nations have already announced they will arrest Bibi.
The announcement is no less outrageous than if the international body had tried to arrest the Polish prime minister for defending his country after Hitler invaded it in World War II, then put a Nazi sympathizer in charge of the prosecution. It’s just one more reason why America must sever ties with and defund the United Nations. Read on. — Mat
The German government announced it will arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he sets foot on German soil. The news followed a similar announcement by the Norwegian government just days before.
Both countries were reacting to an announcement that the ICC prosecutor had applied for arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on charges of “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity.”
“On the basis of evidence collected and examined by my Office,” the ICC prosecutor wrote in a formal statement, “I have reasonable grounds to believe that Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, and Yoav Gallant, the Minister of Defence of Israel, bear criminal responsibility for the following war crimes and crimes against humanity committed on the territory of the State of Palestine (in the Gaza strip) from at least 8 October 2023.”
"We submit that the crimes against humanity charged were committed as part of a widespread and systematic attack against the Palestinian civilian population pursuant to State policy," the prosecutor continued.
As you may recall, on October 7, 2023, machine-gun-toting Hamas terrorists used paragliders to attack an Israeli music festival meant to promote peace. The terrorists killed hundreds of concert goers before moving on to neighboring kibbutzim. The terrorists slaughtered a total of 1,200 people that day and took more than 240 Jews — mostly women and children — hostage. The terrorists were so bold that they paraded around Gaza the bloodied bodies of the girls they had raped to death, posting videos celebrating their evil deeds.
The International Criminal Court was established by the United Nations in 2002 under the “Rome Statute” and an international agreement between numerous U.N. members. Neither Israel nor the United States are members of the Rome Statute, nor do they recognize the ICC.
The ICC’s chief prosecutor in this case is Karim Khan, a British-based Muslim of Pakistani descent who also happens to be married to the daughter of the fourth caliph of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. Khan is no stranger to war crimes or crimes against humanity. In 2006, Khan served as the attorney of record defending Liberian dictator Charles Taylor against charges of mass rape, murder, and the use of child soldiers.
Khan also served as defense attorney for Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi’s son, Dr. Saif Al-Islam Gadafi, and William Ruto, now president of Kenya, when Ruto had more than 1,200 dissidents slaughtered for not supporting his election bid. Khan faced allegations of political interference and witness intimidation when one of the witnesses was murdered.
Now this Muslim man, who has made a career out of defending Muslim butchers, seeks to prosecute Israelis for daring to defend themselves against yet more Muslim butchers.
Although the prosecutor also requested arrest warrants for three Hamas leaders, the ICC might as well have appointed a Nazi sympathizer to prosecute the Polish prime minister for daring to resist Hitler’s 1939 invasion.
“The Chief Prosecutor equates a democratic government with Hamas, thereby demonizing and delegitimizing Israel and the Jewish people,” wrote Israeli Ambassador to Germany Ron Prosor. “He has completely lost his moral compass. Germany has a responsibility to readjust this compass.”
America is not a member of the ICC. But we host its parent, the United Nations, right here on U.S. soil in New York City. And the U.S. serves as the United Nations’ largest funder, supplying more than one-third of the globalist agency’s funding. In 2022 alone, U.S. taxpayers gave the U.N. more than 18 billion dollars.
It is long past time for Congress to stop using our tax dollars to prop up a globalist organization seemingly intent upon wiping out Israel and destroying Judeo-Christian values. Congress is already negotiating the next budget. Please join me now in demanding Congress DEFUND the U.N.!
