"Malarkey" Rule From The White House
The Biden administration claims it has "paused" UNRWA funding after it was discovered that at least 1,200 UNRWA teachers and administrators are active members of Hamas, which led the horrific Oct. 7 massacre.
But a close look at Biden State Department records shows this is just another one of Joe’s “malarkey” ruses. It turns out Biden has already sent UNRWA 99% of the money earmarked for the terror teaching agency. Read on. — Mat
For a guy who ran on a campaign of “no malarkey,” Joe Biden sure seems to be full of it himself. Earlier this week, in a bid to win Jewish support for the upcoming presidential election, the Biden administration declared it had “paused” funding to UNRWA.
This came after the Israeli government released evidence that at least 1,300 UNRWA teachers and administrators are active members of Hamas, as well as direct evidence showing UNRWA staffers actively participating in the October 7 massacre.
But the pause is a ruse. It turns out the Biden administration has already sent the United Nations agency 120,700,000 dollars — that’s all but 300,000 of the money earmarked for UNRWA. And that remaining 300,000 isn’t even earmarked to be sent to UNRWA until this summer.
But by Tuesday, Biden’s State Department was already showing signs of backpedaling. State Department spokesman Matthew Miller told reporters, "We very much support the work that UNRWA does. We think it’s critical."
But only the most rabid of antisemites and the most blind fools could ever make such an inane statement.
As CIDI and scores of other groups have well documented years before the October 7 massacre, the United Nations Refugee and Relief Agency for Palestine (UNRWA) has been deeply enmeshed in teaching jihadi culture almost since its inception.
A 2018 review of UNRWA textbooks revealed the textbooks "groom young Palestinians to sacrifice themselves as martyrs." Scientific principles like power, mass, and velocity were demonstrated in the texts using the example of a Palestinian boy targeting Israeli soldiers.
Math concepts were demonstrated by "calculating martyrs."
The reviewers declared, "These are schoolbooks which promote hate, encourage commitment to jihad. ... Young Palestinians are taught that martyrdom for boys and girls is a life goal, that dying is better than living and that jihad is the pinnacle of ambition. Those who risk their lives by taking up arms are praised and those who choose the path of non-violence are denigrated as cowards."
A 2022 IMPACT-se review of UNRWA-produced school materials reveals:
-
Study cards brand Israel as "the Enemy."
-
References to jihad and violence pepper language lessons for grades 6 and 9. One verb conjugation exercise declares: "Jihad is the road to glory."
-
A 9th grade spelling lesson employs the Arabic term for "pieces of corpses." It cites a poem with this phrase: “the remains of dead women and children splatter all the streets of the city."
Another expose, this one by UN Watch shows that the books are not the only problem. The UNRWA teachers are active in their hatred, too.
-
An UNRWA math teacher posted a video of Hitler to, he wrote, “enlighten your thoughts and minds."
-
An UNRWA project engineer celebrated the ruthless massacre of 11 Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics, saying this heinous act “brought glory that will last forever."
-
An UNRWA English teacher praised the “bravery” of a Palestine terrorist who murdered an Israeli soldier and used his rifle to kill an Israeli father of 12. “Congratulations to your parents,” she posted in praise of the killer.
The facts are indisputable. For decades, UNRWA’s own schoolbooks, its teachers’ own words, and now videos of UNRWA staff actively participating in the October 7 massacre reveal that the United Nations group is genocidal to the core.
But despite mountains of direct evidence covering years, the Biden administration still “supports the work” this murderous group performs.
Not with OUR money!
Right now, Congress is holding hearings on UNRWA even as it debates the upcoming budget. Let’s make sure Congress knows EXACTLY how we feel about funding an organization actively working to turn children into warriors seeking the genocide of the entire Jewish race.
The anti-Israel Biden administration, along with rising antisemitism around the world, has made CIDI’s job more difficult and more important than ever.
We cannot accomplish this vital work without YOUR support. Please stand with us to bless Israel by giving generously today. Make a gift to defend Israel!
