Testifying before Congress last fall, Iran expert Richard Goldberg dropped a bombshell — the Biden administration had crafted and enacted “a plan to seal a new agreement that they hoped would bypass congressional scrutiny, evade INARA [Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015], and move money around the world for Iran’s use before this or any other committee could hold a single hearing."

The ruse was reportedly led by Robert Malley, the architect of Obama’s “Iran Deal,” and Biden’s pick to lead negotiations for a new Iran Deal. Malley’s security clearance was stripped late last year, shortly before news reports revealed he had helped “fund, support and direct” an Iranian spy ring at the highest levels of the U.S. government.

Iran rejected three separate agreements offered by the Biden administration, while continuing to violate the provisions of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) agreement Malley orchestrated under the Obama administration.

Iran continued to make increasingly outrageous demands and the Biden administration sought to appease them one by one. When the American people, and a number of members of Congress protested the administration’s action, Malley and Biden embarked on a campaign to deceive Congress and the American people.

Documents leaked to international media show that the Biden administration proposed a secret agreement to the Iranians that, Goldberg testified, “would occur prior to any acknowledgement that a nuclear deal was reached to avoid triggering the congressional notification and review requirements of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act.”

Step 1: A prisoner exchange in which the U.S. would pay Iran 6 billion dollars of sanctioned monies, while freeing five Iranian terrorists held in U.S. federal prison in exchange for five American hostages held by the Ayatollah.

Step 2: Rescinding former President Trump’s sanctions on Iran’s automotive, petrochemical, metals, mining, and manufacturing centers as well as on the Ayatollah’s office. This move would allow Iran to immediately pocket 30 billion dollars. And because INARA laws apply only to statutory sanctions relief, Biden would be able to skip congressional notification laws, keeping the details of his bad deal secret until the deed was enacted.

The Biden administration completed step 1 — releasing the Iranian terrorists and 6 billion dollars in August 2023 — without notifying Congress.

And according to international watchdog United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), Iran exported an average of 1.4 million barrels of oil a day last year as a result of “lax enforcement of sanctions by the U.S.”

Iran has made 80 billion dollars off illicit oil trade since Joe Biden took office.

Goldberg went on to testify that the “web of sanctions relief” the Biden administration orchestrated demonstrates that the administration “meticulously planned in ways to offer plausible alternative justifications other than a nuclear deal” to continue deceiving Congress and the American people.

Joe Biden is now ready to enact steps 3 and 4 of this dastardly plan, which includes removing all sanctions from Iran. Such an action will put both Israel and America in immediate and extreme danger of nuclear attack.

There’s one way to stop Biden’s Iran spy-led “malarkey” and duplicity — demand Congress VOTE YES on HR 6114. Known as the “Maximum Pressure Act,” the legislation gives Biden no choice but to sanction Iran.
