What Are They Teaching?
If we act now, we can help stop this utter madness. Please fax Congress and sign the “SLASH AID to UNRWA” petition, which also calls for a cut in all aid to the Palestinians who butchered more than 1,400 innocent Israeli Jews on October 7 alone. Please, fax Congress TODAY. — Mat
On October 7, as Hamas was massacring Jewish grandmothers and babies, UNRWA teachers took to social media to glorify the terrorists and their despicable acts.
Gaza-based UNRWA teacher Afaf Talab wrote that the Hamas massacre was the “first real victory” on the way to liberating all of Palestine. She went on to praise the terrorists’ wholesale destruction of entire Israeli settlements and communities “with 1000 men in 3 hours,” and preened that Jews’ “entire cities emptied out in one night.”
On October 23, two weeks after the massacre, Ms. Talab was still at it, posting her hope that God would “destroy the Jews.”
Another UNRWA teacher, Ranoosh Salah, wrote that October 7 was “an unforgettable glorious morning.”
Yet another UNRWA teacher, Ebrahim Al Azaiza, also based in Gaza, declared that seeing Hamas rockets hit Israeli civilian targets was a “splendid sight.”
And yet another UNRWA employee, Gaza City-based Mahmoud Abu Adhm, posted to social media a screed against mercy, quoting the Quran saying, “Do not walk past a captive who has not been given amnesty without striking off his neck so as to terrorize the enemy.”
Sarah Alderawy, a Gaza City-based UNRWA English teacher, posted a video of Hamas terrorists shooting from pickups with the Quran verse, “We will surely come to them with soldiers that they will be powerless to encounter, and we will surely expel them in humiliation, and they will be debased.”
“Time and again we have warned that UNWRA staff and school materials have created a breeding ground for terror,” says Marcus Sheff, CEO of the Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education (IMPACT-se). “Our worst fears have now been tragically realized with the horrific attack on October 7.”
And at least one UNRWA school located in the West Bank posted a video to its official social media page, showing small children celebrating the “victorious” Hamas “Jihad warriors” accomplishments on October 7.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) has released photos showing UNRWA employee badges alongside HAMAS identification papers on terrorists the IDF have captured or killed.
Such viciousness from schoolteachers charged with forming the minds of children is shocking. But what may be more shocking is the fact that you and I are paying for this!
Joe Biden has sent UNRWA over 730 million dollars since taking office. Now, Biden wants to give these same terror trainers millions more of YOUR tax dollars to continue funding their hate!
“All governments that fund UNWRA, including the United States, must urgently review and concurrently freeze financial support to UNRWA to help ensure that another generation is not lost to the evils of hatred and incitement,” says Marcus Sheff of IMPACT-se.
Sheff is right. Our hard-earned American tax dollars should not be used to fund anti-Jewish hatred, jihadi training, or terror attacks. The ONLY way to prevent this is by stopping ALL funding to UNRWA.
Please join me now in demanding Congress STOP paying the Hamas terror teachers. Sign our petition and/or fax Congress today!
Joe Biden’s anti-Jewish administration is making CIDI’s job more difficult, and yet more important, than ever before.
