Saturday was Shemini Atzeret, a high holiday in Israel in which the Jewish people celebrate the gift of the Torah and the joy of religious life. A massive outdoor concert was held in southern Israel near the Gaza Strip to promote peace.

Iran-funded and trained terrorists took advantage of the Jewish holiday to launch a bloody campaign of terror against civilians unlike any before seen in Israel.

Hamas terrorists entered the concert site with guns blazing, mowing down the festival goers. Videos posted to social media by Hamas show their terrorists laughing as they use the fleeing Israelis for target practice, like shooting ducks in a pond.

Observant Jews had their phones and electronics turned off in observance of the holiday, sojourning quietly at home or synagogue and gathered with family and friends.

Hamas used this to their advantage, traveling from house to house in southern Israel communities, slaughtering the men, women, and children inside. They took hostages as well, gleefully posting social media pictures of tormented women and small children. In one video, a terrorist laughs as a little Jewish boy no more than 2 years old is thrown and kicked like a bag of trash.

The deaths are projected to reach above 1,000 with several thousand injured and others taken captive to Gaza.

I have seen many gruesome videos of unspeakable acts of cruelty. What happened is on the level of the carnage inflicted by ISIS and the Nazis. Innocent people were brutally murdered while Hamas filmed. A six-month-old baby was taken captive. IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) soldiers were beheaded.

Lizzy Savetsy, an American Jewish activist, was in Israel and just returned to New York. Lizzy was greeted by the news that the Democratic Socialists of America — a group to which congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) and Rashida Tlaib belong — were celebrating Israel’s pain in Times Square as the terrorist attacks continued. AOC and Tlaib called for a “cease fire” after Israel began to neutralize the terrorists, insinuating that the slaughter was Israel’s fault.

Hamas is threatening to kill the hostages, adding yet more blood to their terror campaign. Hamas leaders have filled social media with videos of the horror, openly bragging that Iran funded and trained them, because “America is weak.”

Perhaps they have that impression because JOE BIDEN PAID FOR THIS MASSACRE with the 6 billion dollars he just gave the Ayatollah of Iran.

I will have more details for you soon, as we hear from our many friends and contacts in Israel. In the meantime, it is crucial that we:

1. PRAY FOR THE PEACE OF ISRAEL AND HER PEOPLE.
2. Demand Congress take IMMEDIATE ACTION to mitigate Joe Biden’s foolish appeasement of the Mullahs of Iran.

Congress MUST now do 4 things:

1. Issue a joint resolution to send a message around the world that America stands with Israel.
2. Issue a joint resolution CONDEMNING Iran as well as the Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists they trained and armed for this massacre.
3. Sanction Iran to the fullest extent possible.
4. Make it clear to any regime that if they attack Israel, they will become OUR enemy, as well.
