For the last several days, Israel has been engaged in an existential, all-out clash with an enemy zealously seeking the Jewish nation’s utter destruction. Israel, as the murderous tyrant Ayatollah Ali Khamenei once tweeted, “has no cure but to be annihilated.” Hamas, the deadly terror group sponsored by Iran, listens to such messages, and takes action.

Tuesday, 46-year-old Avigail* was patiently waiting for the bus on Pinchas Rosen Street near Tel Aviv’s shopping district when all hell broke loose. Instead of the cool air conditioning of a comfortable bus, Avigail was met with screeching tires and shattering glass.

A Hamas-sponsored terrorist had rammed his car into the busy bus stop, crushing many before jumping out, knife in hand, to stab the survivors.

Eight were injured in the attack. Praise God, there were no deaths this time, but Avigail remains hospitalized in serious condition.

Before the bleeding had even stopped, terror group Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) publicly praised the massacre, even as Hamas gleefully took credit for the carnage.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the Tel Aviv incident a “heinous terror attack,” adding a stern warning to all terrorists intent upon wreaking havoc in the Jewish state: “Whoever thinks that such an attack will deter us from continuing our fight against terrorism is mistaken. He is simply unfamiliar with the spirit of the State of Israel, our government, our citizens and our soldiers.”

Hamas, as you likely know, is sponsored by Iran. But what you may not know is that the terror group’s funding comes largely from you and me, American taxpayers, thanks to Joe Biden.

In June, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken signed off on a cash giveaway, putting 2.76 billion dollars in the Iranian mullahs’ pockets. A portion of that money will go a long way in Palestine’s “pay to slay” program, where terrorists like the one that put Avigail and seven others in the hospital will receive a monthly bounty for the rest of his or her life.
