Biden Scheme to Roll Back Trump's Progress
Joe Biden wants to roll back Trump’s pro-Israel triumphs—to divide Jerusalem by making its the capital not just of Israel but of “Palestine,” too! Do not let him. Fax YOUR Do Not Let Biden Divide Jerusalem! demand letter to Congress, then read on for the news. — Mat
In all of Jerusalem’s 3,000-year history, the Holy City has been divided just ONCE—from 1948 to 1967. That happened when Jordan—along with six other Arab nations—invaded Israel at its modern rebirth.
The Jordanian onslaught on Jerusalem devastated Jewish homes, schools and synagogues in the densely populated Jewish Quarter.
It was a shocking and grisly bloodbath—and the origin of so-called “East Jerusalem,” the Arab-populous portion of the Holy City that Palestinians now covet as their future capital. And which Biden and his underling, Hady Amr, want the Palestinians to have.
But in a spectacular and utterly unexpected triumph, Israel took Jerusalem in 1967—vanquishing Gentile control over Jerusalem for the first time in 2,000 years and ending what Jesus called the “times of the Gentiles” (Luke 21:24).
God won that victory for His people. Now Joe Biden wants to steal it from them by dividing Jerusalem again.
In so doing, Biden will be fighting against God. He cannot win ... but by cursing Israel, he will invite God’s curse on America.
Biden’s scheme begins by creating an unofficial U.S. consulate to the Palestinians in Jerusalem—one housed for now in the U.S. embassy but which will report directly to Washington, not to the U.S. ambassador to Israel.
The purpose, as a former Trump administration official put it, “is to walk back the U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, erode Israel’s sovereignty over its capital city, and signal support for dividing Jerusalem.”
Together, let us stand in the gap for Israel ... and for America. Sign the enclosed demand letter right away and make your most generous gift to bless and defend God’s chosen people!
You and I must speak out NOW! Join me in demanding that House and Senate leaders put Biden on notice and strip all funding for a reopened consulate/embassy to the Palestinian people. Please take a moment to sign our petition and fax Congress now!
As you send your fax, will you also enclose a generous gift to accelerate our work on Israel’s behalf? Please also prayerfully consider making a recurring monthly donation to support our vital work defending the Holy Land in America and abroad.
Your support helps Christians in Defense of Israel to recruit more Christian voices on Israel’s behalf, promote solid pro-Israel policy in Washington and produce young ambassadors for Israel through our affiliated Covenant Journey project, which takes college-age men and women with leadership potential to Israel for transformational 10-day visits.
“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: ‘May they prosper who love you. Peace be within your walls, prosperity within your palaces’” (Ps. 122:6-7).
