I think you’ll find this disturbing and bizarre, as I do ... Democrats in Congress lavish praise on a Muslim advocacy group with known ties to worldwide terror activity.

And this Muslim outfit routinely demonizes Israel for its “history of human rights violations against the Palestinian people.”

• It sues in court for the right to boycott the Jewish state.
• It lobbies Congress to cut off crucial U.S. military aid to Israel.
• It fights “Zionism on [a] daily basis,” says its top leader. The group’s national strategic communications director puts it more crudely: “F--- Zionism.”

I’m talking, you may have guessed, about the notorious Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). The respected Simon Wiesenthal Center just placed this Muslim pressure group on the center’s list of the globe’s top 10 antisemites—a well-deserved dishonor CAIR shares with Hamas and Iran.

And yet, many in Congress sing CAIR’s praises.

And that is why I’m asking you to join me in calling on Congress to denounce this enemy of Israel. The need to act is urgent ...

Some 115 members of the U.S. House and Senate—nearly all Democrats—issued glowing letters in 2019 congratulating this sinister group on the 25th anniversary of its founding.

Late last year, Senate Democrat Dick Durbin couldn’t speak highly enough about CAIR’s Chicago chapter, saying it has “been at the forefront of ... protecting civil liberties.”

Even Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, who is Jewish and a friend of Israel, paid tribute to this Israel-hating organization. In 2015, Schumer celebrated its “determination to continue to spread humanity around the world."

Yet, the truth is, CAIR exists not to “spread humanity” but to impose Islam on America, Israel and the rest of the world.
