In January, the Supreme Helsinki Commission (formed after WWII to monitor medical ethics) delivered a stern warning to the Israeli government. Plans to force the untested Pfizer shot on Israelis was illegal under the Nuremberg Code.

Now a group of Israelis, under the name “People of Truth,” is suing the Israeli government for committing “war crimes” against the people of Israel.

The Nuremberg Code was drafted into international law in the wake of World War II seeking to ensure that Dr. Mengele-like human experiments were never conducted on humans—especially Jews—ever again.

The lawsuit states, unequivocally that:

“It is undisputed that the Corona vaccine has not been studied or clinically tested for its long-term vaccine effects in any scientific test (trial and research). Therefore, the long-term effects of treatment and its safety for its recipients are still unknown.”

It also points out what the Helsinki Commission had warned in January that Israelis were unwitting participants in the world’s largest human experiment. The lawsuit further states:

“Requirement of Informed Consent to participate in a medical trial—The first principle of the Nuremberg Code requires the voluntary and informed consent of the person to receive the treatment and to participate in the clinical trial.”

The lawsuit notes that even the contract the Israeli government signed with Pfizer refers to the COVID shot as a human clinical trial.

Dr. Tehilla Shwartz Altshuler concurs: “There's no clearer research hypothesis than in section 2.1 of the contract between the State of Israel and Pfizer, which states that the purpose of the ‘experiment’ is ‘to measure and analyze.’ To say it isn't research is a lie. In section 2.2, the word ‘data’ appears again and again, and the idea is that it is information from which you want to learn something other than transfer it to the medical file of the patient you have treated. This is a collaboration for research and therefore there are also ‘Principles of collaboration.’”

The lawsuit goes on to discuss the Nuremberg Code's restrictions against forced participation in human experiments:

“The person is entitled to exercise freedom of choice, without the intervention of any factor that exercises force, deception, fraud, threat, solicitation or any other type of restraint or coercion.”

Israel’s extreme pressure and restriction imposed on Israelis who object to the shot sounds a lot like “coercion.”

Despite public outcry, Israel has continued lockdowns that limit unvaccinated citizens from traveling beyond 6/10 of a mile from their homes to shop, attend synagogue or visit cultural places like the Wailing Wall—unless they have had the vaccine.

The truth is, NONE of the COVID vaccines have been through the typical 5-7 years of safety testing and human trials to which vaccines are normally subjected.

In reality, the distribution of COVID vaccines is effectively a massive clinical human trial on the populace.

The Pfizer COVID vaccine is already taking lives.

In the short time since the Pfizer vaccine began distribution in Israel, people are suffering. New side effects are coming to light, including Bell’s palsy, heart attack, stroke, miscarriage and infertility.

And like the rising death toll among seniors who have taken the COVID vaccine, Israeli nursing home deaths have gone up as much as 30% in the days after patients received the Pfizer shot.

Israelis are being led to believe these new COVID vaccines are totally safe. But the Helsinki Commission members are right—these shots are little more than clinical human trial experiments being foisted on an unsuspecting public as safe medicine.

And if that is correct, then Israel’s “People of Truth” is right in its assessment—Israel’s forced Pfizer shot campaign may be found to be a war crime.

Israel is being billed as the “model to the world” on how to implement the new COVID vaccines. Yet, these vaccines are taking a deadly toll on Israelis’ rights and lives.
