Black Lives Matter is more than just a hashtag. Rather, BLM is a well-funded, highly organized “non-profit” corporation that is using the death of George Floyd to castigate Jews and spread anti-Semitic hate.

BLM came into existence in 2014, Israeli writer Caroline Glick notes, “as a merger of activists from the anti-Semitic Nation of Islam, the anti-Semitic Black Panthers and Dream Catchers.”

Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors—who says she and fellow co-founder Alicia Garza are "trained Marxists"—despises Israel. Cullors calls it an "apartheid state." A place where "Zionist violence" is perpetrated against "occupied Palestine."

The Black Lives Matter platform maligns and slanders Israel, charging it with “genocide,” accusing it of being a “apartheid state” and demanding an end to U.S. military aid to Israel.

BLM's vicious policy statement presses for a complete boycott of the Jewish state—academic, cultural and economic. BLM aligns itself with the anti-Semitic boycott, divest and sanction Israel (BDS) movement. Yet the goal of BDS—which has terrorists in its employ—is to destroy Israel.

Put simply, Black Lives Matter is home-grown anti-Semitism.

But thanks to fawning and dishonest media coverage, it's now one of the most popular and increasingly powerful organizations in America.

And all this is anything but theoretical.

In the wake of George Floyd's killing, a violent mob armed with sledgehammers, crowbars and bats attacked and burned a Jewish neighborhood in Los Angeles. Graffiti sprayed on a synagogue proclaimed "F*** Israel" and "Free Palestine." The Times of Israel reports . . .

“LA Jews reeling after local institutions looted and burned in Floyd protests. Synagogues, schools and Jewish memorials vandalized with anti-Semitic, anti-Israel slogans, Jewish-owned businesses battered, particularly in Fairfax district.”

But one Jewish business was spared. A famous deli posted a sign declaring its support for Black Lives Matter. The looters moved on.

Black Lives Matter-Los Angeles has partnered with the anti-Semitic Nation of Islam, led by Louis Farrakhan who calls Jews "termites." The head of BLM-LA has defended Farrakhan and fellow anti-Semite Marc Lamont Hill.

And it's why the head of the terror-linked and Israel-hating Council on America-Islamic Relations (CAIR), declared in 2015: “Black Lives Matter is our matter. Black Lives Matter is our campaign.” They're not alone . . .

• Omar Suleiman, an influential and nationally known Muslim leader who demonizes Israel for attempting to "kill off" Palestinians, has marched with Black Lives Matter.
• Palestinian-American activist Linda Sarsour, who thinks Zionism is racism, stands with Black Lives Matter. She proclaimed, “We are ready to fight harder than we ever have for Black sisters and brothers."
• Even Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei, who routinely calls for Israel's destruction, supports Black Lives Matters. The ruthless dictator jails and tortures Christians, but he denounced the U.S. after George Floyd's killing in a tweet using the #BlackLivesMatter hashtag.

Like nearly every American, I believe that “black lives matter” because we are all made in the image of God. But just as racism is wrong, so is anti-Semitism. Which makes it even more unconscionable that the group Black Lives Matter traffics in lies and ugly hatred for the Jewish people in Israel. Jewish Lives Matter, too!

BLM's agenda is obviously much larger than George Floyd, and it harkens back to a terrifying time in history. From its origins, Marxism has always sought to tear down the Jewish people, and millions have been sacrificed in its name.

We cannot allow the twin 20th century evils of anti-Semitism and Marxism to take root in this new century!
