But in June, the War College waved the white flag . . . to radical Islam.

It crumbled under a media pressure campaign mounted by the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) — a Hamas-linked apologist for Islam. CAIR sent PR salvos flying and the War College buckled, canceling a planned lecture on Islamic military history by scholar Raymond Ibrahim.

This is just one instance of radical Islam's power to shut down discussion and end debate on Islam's true nature within the U.S. government. But there's something you and I can — and must — do!

CAIR smeared Ibrahim as a "notorious Islamophobe." It said his work is "filled with inaccurate conclusions and inflammatory and dangerous rhetoric."

But CAIR — an unindicted co-conspirator in the nation's largest terror financing trial — didn't even try to document its wild charges. That's because it can't. Ibrahim is a respected scholar of Islam whose well-documented research shreds rosy-tinted ideas about Islam.

His most recent book, Sword and Scimitar: Fourteen Centuries of War between Islam and the West, is a military history which shows, definitely, that Islam is not a "religion of peace." Instead, terrorism, Ibrahim writes, is "intrinsic to Islam" — and has been since the seventh century.

Yet instead of disputing Ibrahim on the facts, CAIR threw mud. It attacked the messenger in order to silence the message. And thanks to weak-kneed, ill-informed Army War College brass, it triumphed.

But this win for radical Islam is just one more instance in a long-running and all-too-successful Muslim Brotherhood-led campaign to censor the truth about Islam from all U.S. government training.

Because of that, the men and women who wield the sword in America's defense have been effectively blinded to Islam's true nature and threat. Many observers call it "The Great Purge."

It's an attempt to spare Islam from scrutiny. 

The censorship even bans the use of meaningful terms like "Islam", "jihadist" or "muhajideen," as a 2008 National Counterterrorism Center advisory instructed.

Such censorship led directly to absurdities like “workplace violence” — the Pentagon's appalling term for the Fort Hood massacre. Major Nidal Hassan shouted "Allahu Akbar" (Allah is greatest) while slaughtering 13 people and wounding 42 at Fort Hood in 2009.

But the Pentagon averted its gaze — refusing to make the obvious link between Islam and a bloody killing spree done in the name of Allah.

In other words, the Pentagon whitewashed Islam.

And that's just one example. There are many more examples, including the FBI's 2012 decision to scrub its training materials of references that link Islam to Muslim terror attacks. All told, the FBI, under then-director Robert Mueller, altered or shredded some 876 pages and 392 training presentations focused on Islam.
