To Speaker Mike Johnson, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and all members of Congress:

I am asking you, as a U.S. citizen, taxpayer, and friend of Israel, to strongly recognize Israeli sovereignty over all of the Jewish state’s God-given, historic homeland — FROM THE RIVER TO THE SEA. This includes all of Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria (“the so-called West Bank”), and the Gaza Strip.

All these lands comprise territory God promised to Abraham and his descendants some 4,000 years ago. It is land on which the Jewish people have lived continuously for some 3,500 years. And it is territory assigned to the Jewish people in post-World War I land settlements and in the Mandate for Palestine. Moreover, it is land seized by Israel in its defensive war against four invading Arab nations in the 1967 Six-Day War. As such, the land belongs to the Jewish state under international law.

Moreover, it is tragically apparent after Oct. 7 that Israel needs defensible borders to survive. Aside from its legitimate claim to the land, Israel must have sovereignty in Judea and Samaria, as well as Gaza, to ensure there will never be another Oct. 7.

Please stand with Israel and unequivocally endorse Israeli sovereignty over all of its God-given land — from the river to the sea!
