As a longtime friend of Israel, I am writing to respectfully ask you to VOTE YES to confirm former Governor Mike Huckabee as Ambassador to Israel.

Through lifelong research and hundreds of visits to the Holy Land, Governor Huckabee has a deep understanding of Israel’s history as well as the often precarious geopolitical position of the world’s only Jewish state.

Gov. Huckabee is on excellent terms with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and innumerable other Israeli leaders. As such, Gov. Huckabee is already well connected with the Israeli government and is keenly aware of the need for a close relationship between our countries in order to achieve long awaited peace in the Middle East.

As an Israel-loving American, I ask that you promptly VOTE YES to confirm Gov. Mike Huckabee as the United States’ next Ambassador to Israel.
