I am asking you, as a U.S. citizen, a taxpayer, and a friend of Israel, to strongly support passage of HR 7552, the “Recognizing Judea and Samaria Act.”

This bill requires all official U.S. documents and materials to use the rightful term, "Judea and Samaria," not "West Bank,” a label that erases and delegitimizes the Jewish people’s ancient claim to their biblical heartland.

“West Bank” is a term of recent origin that only came into usage after Jordan snatched this territory from Israel in 1948.

“Judea and Samaria,” however, is the name used for millennia and is the place where most of biblical history took place. “West Bank” ERASES that history. It hides and denies the truth about the Israeli people’s rightful claim to the cradle of Jewish civilization.

Please strongly support passage of HR 7552, the “Recognizing Judea and Samaria Act.”
