An Urgent Citizen’s Petition to Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, et al.

Dear Sir or Madam,

As a friend of Israel, I am alarmed by the shocking emails uncovered in Iranian government servers revealing that Iranian spies have infiltrated the highest levels of the U.S. government, and are reporting directly to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) official Mostafa Zahrani. The spies include Ariane Tabatabai, chief of staff for Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations Christopher Maier.

There can be little doubt that the influence of Iranian spies contributed to the massive intelligence failure that failed to prevent the largest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust and the bloody war now raging in the Middle East.

Further, Joe Biden’s completely irrational $6 billion ransom payment and refusal to sanction Iran indicates that these Iranian spies have had shocking influence over America’s failing foreign policy, which has now lit the entire Middle East on fire.

I strongly urge the House and Senate to investigate Joe Biden for:

1. Allowing an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) spy ring to operate within the highest levels of the U.S. government, influencing U.S.-Iran dealings and undermining our relationship with Israel.
   

2. What appears to be his violation of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act (INARA). This federal law mandates that the Biden administration first inform Congress of any accord with Iran linked to its nuclear program before lifting sanctions on the Islamic Republic.

A trove of emails recovered by anti-Ayatollah Iranian expatriates reveals that Joe Biden’s Special Envoy to Iran, Robert Malley, “helped to fund, support, and direct” an Iranian SPY RING “designed to influence the United States,” and which reports directly to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Iranian Foreign Minister.

Following Robert Malley’s installation of these Iranian spies into the highest levels of U.S. government, the Biden administration has lifted sanctions by releasing $6 billion in assets held in South Korea and $10 billion held in Iraq. Biden may be assisting in the release of another $7 billion via the International Monetary Fund and some $3 billion held in Japan.

At the same time, White House negotiators have, it is reported, crafted an unannounced nuclear deal that calls on Iran to halt enrichment activity at the current level until after the 2024 presidential election.

Congress must act with dispatch to assert its obligations under U.S. national security as well as the INARA by investigating Biden and passing a Resolution of Disapproval rejecting Biden’s record-setting $6 billion ransom payment and his clandestine Iran nuclear deal, which smacks of political opportunism, puts Americans at risk, and funds Iran’s maniacal pursuit of Israel’s destruction.
